Soon as I plug in sync box (with or without the receiver) and I go into my Xbox settings again, the 4k option is gone. Once it's on there's no lag, it's just that Sync won't turn on by itself. The projector is in our movie room so had to get a professional to snake a line 20 feet behind a wall, so can't easily access or switch out or add to that one HDMI cable. I have all my devices (Tivo, Xbox, Roku, Apple TV) plugged into my Denon 2400 receiver and went HDMI 1 out from Denon to Hue Sync, and Hue Sync out to my projector. Don't completely understand them or maybe my setup is different? I've read through some of the posts about getting this to work. Pulling my hair out trying to get this to work and wondering if anyone here can help. I'm wondering if it's the same disconnect issue a lot of other people are having with the box I've been reading on Reddit and other sites. The feeling is now that the box doesn't seem to like the Sky HD box so has anyone else had this kind of issue or is it perhaps worth trying to get a replacement from Philips? That was until I reset the box and started the Sky Box on HDMI 2 and now the problem is back but with that port and HDMI 1 now seems to run fine. My result was that the HDMI 1 port on the box was faulty.

I then plugged the PS4 into HDMI 1 and the box again would 'crash' to the point where I lost the picture entirely at one point on the PS4.
I then changed the port from HDMI 1, to 2 (what the PS4 was on) and it worked fine. This evening I changed the HDMI cable for the Sky Box and still had the same results. It kept doing this until I ended up turning it off.
After a few minutes of doing this yoyo the Sync Box would 'crash' back to the default light setting and I'd get an error on the app about it being disconnected with the Bridge. The light sync seemed to lag behind and then quickly catch up. Over the weekend I tried for the first time to use it with my Sky HD 1TB Box and the result went like this: I've used it on the PS4, Switch and Fire TV Stick all without issue.
